When do paid plans launch?
We are building billing and the remaining paid features now. The waiting list gets notified first and locks in 50% off the first year. Until then, everything currently on the site stays free.
Will the free archive stay free?
Yes. Browsing streams, replaying chat and public statistics remain free. Paid plans add depth on top: guaranteed monitoring, full history search, AI summaries and exports.
Do I have to pay to get my channel archived?
No. Anyone can request monitoring for free, and we monitor as many channels as our capacity allows. Streamer Pro guarantees your channel is always recorded, with priority over free requests.
How is this different from other stream analytics sites?
Most analytics sites track viewer counts. We record every chat message as it happens, which lets us measure what viewer-count tools can't: minute-by-minute engagement, hype moments, who your loyal chatters are and what made chat erupt.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, plans are monthly with no lock-in. If you cancel, your channel's existing archive stays browsable; only the paid features and guaranteed monitoring stop.
What about my data and GDPR?
We archive publicly posted chat messages and nothing else. You can read the details in our privacy policy, and any chatter can have their messages removed at any time.
